who is evergreen brady?

My name is Evergreen Brady, but everyone calls me Eve. I’m a thirty-year-old therapist living in Ellicott City, Maryland with my rescue dog, Jon.

I could sit here and write you a boring author bio, but instead, I’ll let you learn the important things about me from my journal entries. I’m willing to bet you’ll find something you relate to, whether you’re a young professional trying to find balance between your work and personal lives; a single female absolutely bombing when it comes to finding your forever person; or you’re dealing with the consequences of your unhealthy and borderline morally questionable decision-making.

You might be wondering why you can’t find me on social media. Good observation. I recently opened my own private practice where I provide psychotherapy to couples and individuals. My work is a lot of what I like to reflect on in my journal entries—this is why I decided a somewhat anonymous blog is the best format for my content.

Welcome, and thanks for following along.
